 and Partnerships at University of Hawai‘i\nThe University of Hawaii Sys
 tem created the Office of Strategic Development and Partnership (OSDP) in 
 June 2019 as a new initiative to lead strategic direction for the Universi
 ty in the coordination of real property administration for the 10 UH campu
 ses statewide\, but also to establish a program of non-academic land devel
 opment of under-utilized real estate. Importantly\, the OPSD established a
  program of non-academic land development of underutilized land and is now
  the lead for building UH’s capacity of system-wide real property develo
 pment.  Their Atherton House project is now underway in a strategic publi
 c-private partnership with the UH\, UH Foundation\, and the Hunt Developme
 nt Group.\nJoin us to hear from UH Vice President for Budget &amp\; Finan
 ce/Chief Financial Officer Kalbert Young on the background\, impetus\, vi
 sion\, and objectives in establishing OSDP for the University.\nOur LAI me
 mber and Director of OSDP Michael Shibata will share his vision and idea
 s on evolving OSDP direction as well as speak to current and future potent
