Join us for an exclusive evening coordinated by the LAI – Aloha Chapter at Mānoa Marketplace! Join us as we learn about the recently completed renovation and celebrate the vibrant community spirit that defines Mānoa.

Francisco Guiterrez, Senior Vice President of Development for Alexander & Baldwin, will give a brief presentation on the modernization and refresh of the Mānoa Marketplace, focusing on improving pedestrian flow, enhancing seating areas, and expanding outdoor gathering spaces. The upgrades aim to create a more enjoyable shopping and dining experience, including a fun play area for children. Since acquiring the center in 2016, A&B has prioritized upgrading infrastructure with energy-efficient systems. The latest phase includes refreshing the exterior façade and adding new amenities such as a central staircase, outdoor seating, signage, and a family-friendly plaza.

We are thrilled that Dusty Grable, local restaurateur and owner of Little Plum Restaurant, will host our Pau Hana session! Little Plum Restaurant is one of the new culinary gems contributing to the Marketplace’s charm. Offering a variety of dishes that cater to diverse tastes, the restaurant features a mix of traditional and innovative cuisine, providing both familiar comfort foods and unique culinary creations. With its commitment to quality and community, Little Plum is set to become a favorite spot for both locals and visitors looking to enjoy a delightful dining experience in Mānoa.
